- When you use our Products: For data collected from your end-users (e.g., credit union members) via The Mirror or processed by the Local LLM Appliance, VeroTerra acts as a Data Processor (or Service Provider). We process this data solely on your behalf and in accordance with your instructions.

- Live Stream: Live video between end-users and your staff. Designed to minimize retention; transient processing required for connection.
- Magic Insights: Processes connected data streams for analytics and recommendations.
- Device Telemetry: Technical logs for uptime, performance, and reliability.
